Q: ‘Games’ is so catchy! What is the story behind the song?
Night Acclaim: If you know me, you know I like to write songs about my life experiences. I wrote Games after an indignant time in my life. Games is about putting yourself out there and being vulnerable, thinking they feel the same way. Sadly, to find out a month later they don't and were just using you for their advantage.
Q: What was it like to work with Myah Marie?
Night Acclaim: Working with Myah Marie was AMAZING! Myah is so talented and her voice is like that of an angel. She is one of the sweetest people I've ever worked with. I cannot wait to work with her again!
Q: What is your favorite part about being a musician?
Night Acclaim: My favorite part of being a musician is creating new music for people to connect to.
Q: What instruments do you play? Which ones would you like to learn?
Night Acclaim: I play the guitar, keyboard and drums. I started playing the guitar 10 years ago and then moved onto the keyboard and drums. I would love to learn how to play the bass guitar.
Q: If you could collaborate with any artist, who would it be?
Night Acclaim: If I could collaborate with any artist, it would be Betty Who. She is one of my favorite musicians who inspires me every step of the way. She is one of the hardest working musicians who really cares about what she is releasing and won't stop until everything is perfect.
Q: What are you most looking forward to in terms of your musical career?
Night Acclaim: Within the next year, I am looking forward to releasing new music, collaborating on more music with Myah Marie and Pretty Sister, and playing a live show. My dream is to play at the Stony Pony in Asbury Park NJ.
