Tessa attends Arizona State University pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and Media Studies. She grew up in Sedona, Arizona listening to every genre of music, though she started going to punk and hardcore shows at age 11. This shaped her dreams of successfully navigating the pipeline from fangirl to music industry professional. She once wrote a 20-page paper on One Direction and fangirl culture and it's still one of her proudest achievements. She dreams of living abroad to interview musicians from all over the world. When she's not buried in a book she can usually be found at a concert or travelling to one!
