"All For Nothing" by Dani Marchio shares a rare, unique breakup song that focuses on the positive side of things. It's an upbeat pop hit about having no regrets about the relationship that you had and focusing on all the good ways they made you feel. It's a sign that break ups don't always have to end badly, and we don't always have to look at our exes in a negative light. It's better to remember the great times that you had, rather than dwell on the ending.
Co-written and co-produced with DNA Songs and her fiancé, PATØN, Dani describes "All For Nothing" as one of her favorite releases to date. Singing with a sensual, almost mystifying vocal tone, Dani takes jazzy tones mixed with modern pop to create an addicting soundscape. The production and melodic structure are reminiscent of the likes of Sabrina Carpenter and Olivia Rodrigo. It has an emotional edginess and a topic that you don't hear about quite often.
