With retro sounds a drive for outspokenness, "Already Part of the Problem" by group Senses is a synth rock track that fights against the need to stay silent and limit change. The song has an 80s tone to it, finding a way to remind you of every classic from that period, but it still incorporates modern elements in its production. "Already Part of the Problem" is clear in its intention to be a song that urges for a forward-thinking movement that makes change instead of standing still. It almost plays the role of a battle call but the instrumentals themselves are much more cheery than that. When it comes to the aesthetics of "Already Part of the Problem" it does come across as more hopeful than the lyrics would want you to believe. It's filled with urgency and pleading, and it's the kind of song that excites you because of the message that it carries.
The old-school influence is definitely strong on "Already Part of the Problem" which makes the track much more fun. However, the distortion of the guitars do give insight into a much darker tone. As previously mentioned, the lyrics are very direct in what they preach, pointing fingers to the listeners and questioning their lack of action. It's a song that's so necessary as it reminds people how important it is not to stay still and silent. That's why even when the song expresses fear and anxiety, it's still a motivational track. Even with its serious nature, "Already Part of the Problem" is still very fun and energetic enough to ignite a party. It's so easy to find yourself jumping up and down and dancing along once you press play. "Already Part of the Problem" has a lot to show for itself as it induces both fun and responsibility on its listeners.
