Review: "Homeland" - Farrah

Farrah released her latest single titled “Homeland” on June 26, 2025. This song is about the unbreakable bond between a couple that is forced to end. Loving someone is such a beautiful thing and getting to experience life with them is even better. But somewhere along the way you lose sight of what is going on around you. All of those memories seem to flash right before you as the world we live in is ever changing. While it may be a difficult time to go through, having that connection will keep the love and feelings the same.
“Homeland” begins with the most beautiful melody I have ever heard. I was immediately hooked from the very first few seconds. Her vocals were so passionate and powerful at every possible second. I also absolutely loved the lyrics with lines like “How do I grieve a future from my dreams?” and “Forget the borders, the troubles and the pain.” Everything about this track seemed so fresh and raw I simply could not get enough of it. The track also gave off such a hopeful mood with its steady beats and soft instrumentals.
The talented artist Farrah is a British Iranian singer/songwriter. Since 2018 she has been releasing music with her first single titled “Making Do.” Since then, she has been releasing music regularly. In all the music she creates you can hear just how honest, and emotion filled they all are. If you haven’t already, I highly recommend giving “Homeland” a listen as you will not be disappointed.
