Wrapping us in longing and bittersweet memories, Seafret are back with their latest single, "Love In Reverse"—a poignant, vulnerable ballad reflecting on love lost and the desire to reignite a spark that has burned out. The track follows on the heels of other successful releases from the pair this year, showing Seafret's ability to churn out masterpiece after masterpiece that fans are bound to eat up. Sharing their thoughts on creating "Love In Reverse," Seafret stated, "We loved writing this song. It’s about a relationship that’s ended in ruins and admitting you’d go to hell and back if it meant you could bring even a tiny part of it back to life. A true Seafret style song!"

Soft and delicate, Seafret's "Love In Reverse" is a captivating blend of commercial and pop-rock with a hint of folk, matching the tender, heartfelt message of the song. The track's soundscape immerses us into an acoustic daydream, featuring rich, earthy instrumentals like warm guitar strums, lush strings, and spirited percussion. Lead singer Jack Sedman wears his heart on his sleeve throughout the single, pouring raw emotion into every note he sings as he laments and gives a flawless vocal performance. Reminscent of Seafret's previous work, "Love In Reverse" is perfect for fans chasing the high of discovering songs like "Atlantis" or "Oceans" for the first time.

A decade into their career, Seafret are a duo comprised of two best friends and musical co-conspirators, Jack Sedman and Harry Draper. Neither musician could have predicted the success they have seen, riding the wave of their hit single, "Atlantis," as it reemerged into the limelight through a viral TikTok moment that has gifted the pair over a billion streams and 10 million monthly Spotify listeners. Over the years, Seafret have built an impressive catalog, having released three studio albums as well as several EPs and singles. Already seeing amazing things from them this year, Seafret have proved themselves to be a reinvigorated band, leaving us with plenty of songs to enjoy like "River Of Tears," "Fall," "Wildfire," "Give Me Something," and "Wait."
