Review: "Pretty Princess" - Jade Bates

Jade Bates has released her new single, “Pretty Princess.” Looking at the relationship she shares with a partner, Bates begs for the emotional attention she gives to them. Getting “kinda bored,” Bates wants to allow them in to try again on one again: treat her with the respect she deserves, also known as “[treating Bates] like a princess.” With princess treatment becoming a popular trend within relationships, it’s easy to see how Bates deserves to be treated during her relationship, and hopefully “Pretty Princess” will also inspire listeners to accept no less than princess treatment–it’s what we all deserve. While Bates is getting bored, she lays out the plan for her partner to win her back: just treat her like a princess and she’ll regain interest.
