Relationships are terribly hard these days. There are so many feelings that go seen and unseen. With all these mixed feelings it can be so frustrating and seem impossible to tell them how you feel. Nor do we really want to tell them because the thought of them not feeling the same way is devastating. But it’s something that has to be done because holding any type of feelings weighs down the relationship and the person. Reverliee’s new single “Connect” is such an infectious song. It reminds us to not be scared of the unknown and break free from old habits and let yourself be happy and free by telling that person how you feel.
“Connect” has such sharp, electric and bouncy instrumentals to the track. The beginning was my favorite part with loud drums starting it off that set the upbeat rock tone for the entire song. Her vocals were extremely powerful throughout as well. I really enjoyed how she sang at such a loud and emotional tone and towards the end she had a mellow tone, with lyrics like “I wanna, I wanna, I wanna (I know I shouldn’t be doing this).” It was such a power move especially with the vibrant guitar being played and the explosive drums. This track had everything and more to make it such an honest and unique testament to revealing intimate feelings.
The amazing artist that is Reverliee is a singer/songwriter who was born in Greece. While she was born in Greece, she also resides in Berlin traveling between the two. In 2024 she launched her musical career with her first single titled “Valentine” which is about a love story. Since then, she has spent time creating a new sound with three more singles that are filled with intense sounds and give off that pop rock feel. She creates each of her songs with raw feelings and emotions making them the perfect mood for any day. I highly recommend giving this artist a listen as well as following her social medias below!
