The bad news about life is that it is incredibly hard. The good news is that there are so many things worth fighting for. That is what Camille K discusses in her powerful track “Good Fight”, released across major streaming platforms on April 4th. Resilience, perseverance, and strength are all ideas described in the lyrics. In a growing culture of convenience and the trend of people abandoning relationships and things that do not come easy, it is remarkably refreshing to see a rising artist create an anthem about fighting for things that are worth it. With information easily accessible and at our fingertips, everyone wants things to come to them automatically. The layered harmonies create an almost homey and uplifting feeling that complement the backing track wonderfully and come together with the lyrics to complete the empowering anthem. The track is produced with clear intention and the product has the perfect balance of remaining sonically interesting without being overwhelming.
