RABO’s new single, Might Never Meet Again, is an adult contemporary ballad about traveling around the world and meeting different people that inspire you. It references Christmas and New Years and doubles as a holiday song. Sometimes, you have to pack your bags and leave your worries behind. You might have regrets. You might change and grow along the way, but it was well worth it because you get to experience what all life has to offer. She understands how important that is to allow yourself the freedom to do such.
Might Never Meet Again is a laid back song with vocals and piano. My favorite lyrics are featured in the chorus, “All of these options. A world without end. Live for the moments that doesn't make sense. I’ll be the stranger who opens your heart. I might never see you again”. These lyrics really speak to me. I was raised with the belief that some people come into your life for a season to teach you something and then leave. People come and go, but each one of them serves a purpose. I’ve known people that impacted me in this way and I like to think that I’ve had that type of impact on others as well. I’m not usually a ballad person, but I really enjoy this one.
RABO is a singer-songwriter hailing from Oslo, Norway. She is a former surf instructor having chased waves in Brazil and Greece. When the pandemic hit, her dream to live her life on the road halted. Because of that, she returned to Oslo and discovered her true calling in life is music. Since then, she has worked with top producers in the US and written for global acts including K-pop star, Aespa. In 2024, she finally decided to release her debut single, “Talk To Me”, along with “A Little Too Lost Sometimes” and “Tiptoes” in 2025.
